Job Responsibilities
  • Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service

  • Assist in processing reservations requests via phone, email and online booking systems.

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about room availability, rates and hotel amenities.

  • Maintain accurate records of all reservations and ensure that all data is entered correctly in the system.

  • Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and provide information about availability, pricing, and services.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient handling of all reservations.

  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to bookings in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during the reservation process.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry.

  • Possess a warm and professional demeanour, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
