Job Responsibilities
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
Assist in processing reservations requests via phone, email and online booking systems.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about room availability, rates and hotel amenities.
Maintain accurate records of all reservations and ensure that all data is entered correctly in the system.
Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and provide information about availability, pricing, and services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient handling of all reservations.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to bookings in a timely and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during the reservation process.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Possess a warm and professional demeanour, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask.
