Job Responsibilities
Receiving, shelving, and dispatching of the company’s daily consignment.
Handling stock returns for credit.
Responsible for ensuring that all warehouse processes are followed.
Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
Assist in the showroom as required with clients as well as merchandising of stock.
Deal with internal and external clients efficiently and professionally.
Prepare quotations, correspondence and attend to all admin duties.
Assist with coordinating the showroom displays and ensuring stock is displayed effectively.
Stay on top of return logistics, comply with the merchandising SOP and assist to keep the showroom up to date.
Provide monthly reports to the manager.
Adhere to health and safety requirements and always ensure compliance.
Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
Maintain and improve housekeeping and hygiene standards within the department.
You'll work closely with our sales team to support various showroom operations including inventory management and visual merchandising.
You maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness, ensuring that exhibits are tidy and presentable.
Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries effectively.
Manage showroom displays and ensure that all products are well-organized and presentable.
Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and product replenishment.
Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate smooth customer transactions.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to understand promotional offers and assisting in their implementation.
Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in customer service or retail environment essential.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point of sale systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
