Job Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to customers.
Provide customers with accurate and detailed information regarding products, services and promotions and answer customer inquiries.
Follow daily work schedule as assigned by management.
Perform stocking duties including; lifting, stocking product, stock rotation, dusting and ordering according to company guidelines.
Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.
Assist in regular stock counts and inventory audit.
Performs general housekeeping duties on sales floor and backroom areas.
Direct customers to precise products locations to ease their shopping experience.
Participate in promotional activities at the branch to maximize the Customer experience.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the stores products and services.
Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs.
Address and resolve customer complaints, inquiries and issues promptly and professionally while striving to exceed customer expectations.
Innovate service improvements and processes based on customer feedback and surveys.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
Participate in company training and development programs to improve skills and performance.
Ensure that the company is positively promoted at all times.
Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in customer service essential but not necessary.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Good Time management.
Great organizational skills.
Ability to multitask.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customer concerns.
Ability to adapt to changing customer demands and company policies.
