Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for each client that aligns with their goals and objectives.
Monitor trends in social media, tools and applications and apply them to enhance each client’s online presence.
Content creation& brand management; create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that is high quality, engaging and relevant to target audiences.
Work with the client’s marketing and communications team to produce high-quality content.
Community Engagement; monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on all platforms, fostering a positive community and building relationships with our audience.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all social media channels as per the laid down brand guidelines for each client.
Manage the social media calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
Analytics and reporting; track and analyse social media performance using social media analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports on social media activities, growth, and engagement metrics.
Use data to refine strategies and improve performance.
Coordinate efforts with others to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
Create high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Track and analyse social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and adapt our strategies accordingly.
Assist in the organization and execution of social media contests and promotions to increase engagement.
Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
Prior experience with social media essential.
Must be detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, accountable and transparent, creative and team player.
Excellent communication, time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Customer service.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their respective audiences.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
